How accurate is the estimate?
It's a general idea, not a quote. The ranges reflect what similar projects typically cost with Gateway-West, but every project is customized, so your exact price depends on details we'll go over together. We confirm a firm quote before any work begins.
Can the scope be customized to fit my budget?
Yes, everything is customizable. We can scale features up or down, phase a project over time, start with the essentials and add more later, or bundle services. Tell us your budget and we'll recommend the plan that gets you the most for it.
Are ad budgets included in the marketing price?
No. Ad management estimates cover a one-time setup for each platform plus our monthly management fee. Your ad budget is billed separately, at the level you choose, so you always control and see that spend.
Can you host my existing website?
We host only websites we build, so we can stand behind their speed, security, and quality. If your site is on Squarespace, Wix, or another platform, we'll rebuild it first; the website build estimate covers that.
How does pricing for AI integrations work?
There's a one-time setup fee (your estimate shows a typical range), then a monthly management fee for monitoring, tuning, and reporting. The AI software and usage itself is billed separately, the same way ad spend is.
