client success story
Gym Jymm
Gym Jymm started as a social-media influencer— and has been transitioning into a brand. We helped turn influencer energy into infrastructure.
Gym Jymm began as a fitness-inspired social media presence led by creator Jimmy Lay, combining humor, discipline, and authenticity to build a fast-growing audience. The momentum was there—but the business framework wasn’t. There was no online store, no conversion data, and no structured way to connect social reach to tangible results.
Gateway-West partnered with Jimmy to create the foundation for a scalable brand: launching a merch storefront, integrating campaign tracking, and helping organize a GoFundMe that’s already reached 17% of its $100,000 goal.

The Problem
Gym Jymm had a dedicated following but no infrastructure to monetize or measure it. Social posts generated engagement but not trackable results, and early merch concepts lacked fulfillment, branding, and campaign planning. Without an integrated sales system or goal tracking, growth relied purely on organic attention.
Our Approach
We built a custom Printful merch platform, designed launch creatives that matched Gym Jymm’s tone, and integrated ad tracking for early data collection. In parallel, we helped structure the $100K GoFundMe campaign, ensuring the message, visuals, and milestones reflected the creator’s mission. With light testing across Meta and Instagram, the goal was to gather engagement metrics and prepare for larger-scale conversion campaigns once the next merch lines drop.
Solution
Gym Jymm now has the foundation of a measurable, scalable brand ecosystem: a live store, performance data, and a transparent crowdfunding path that fans can rally behind. The project remains in an early build phase—but the groundwork is solid. With new product lines and future collaborations on the horizon, Gym Jymm is positioned to grow its influence into a true lifestyle movement.
